Peligoni Wine List 2013 Champagne & Sparkling

Jean Paul Deville Carte Noire, Champagne 12.5% NV

Better the Deville you know… If Churchill had tasted this. Pol Roger would be a Champagne of the past! Mischievously rich, with a toasted biscuity edge.  A Champagne to make Hemmingway drule!

Prosecco Cantine Bernardi, Veneto 11% NV

Lying in the mountains North of Venice comes this delicious, easy drinking Prosecco, flirting with a hint of bubbles. Traditionally the Italians Aperitif. Hints of blanched Almonds, white flowers & pearskin. Soft & clean with an appley finish.

Duc de Breux Blanc de Blanc, Bordeaux 11% NV

Great value sparkler, light in alcohol only 11% and delicate, with floral and fruity notes, fine bubbles and a rounded mouthfeel are complemented by a crisp, dry finish. Perfect sparkling when looking at keeping the costs down at any large event.
